Branson Rolle... My Story

In 2006 a young man attending a track meet with his father was caught in awe by the Patriotic colors of a national athlete’s uniform. The intrigued young boy turned to his father with questions of how he may achieve one of these magnificent uniforms; little did he know his father’s answer would spark a drive in both the hearts of the young boy and the father. That young boys name was me, Branson Rolle and this is my story.

After seeing my new found interest in the sport of track and field my father Bernard Rolle placed me in the Roadrunners Track Club alongside my sister Brittani Rolle who was my initial connection to the sport. This mark the beginning of my journey to where I am today whole heartedly supported by my father Bernard Rolle, mother Bessie Mae Rolle and older siblings Bernaldo Rolle and Brittani Rolle. Throughout the years of my track and field I have had the honor to take part in multiple national teams such as most honorably the IAAF World Youth Championship achieving my initial primary goal of earning the chance of being able to dawn the colors of our country. This taste of success had driven me to establish a greater goal of becoming a national legend in the area of track and field. In the present time I’ve found myself amongst wonderful people such as the coaches that have ever put any time into helping me better myself in my many different events and other individuals who have sewed seeds into my life independently from the good of their hearts. I am presently associated with High Performance Athletics which is headed by my father who has now dedicated his time fully to coaching. I am now specializing in the events of hurdles and the 400 meters with hopes of earning myself a gold medal in the upcoming CARIFTA Games and also a medal placement in the IAAF World Junior Championship.

I have my eyes fixed on the gold and I am focused and ready to pursue it. With the support of family, friends and my almighty God my reach has no limits.
